Typical cuts in a Whole Beef include 24 tenderloin steaks, 24 NY strips, 12 KC steaks, 20 ribeyes, 4 flank steaks, 4 skirt steaks, 4 loin tips, 2 briskets, 4 packages of ribs, 4 packages of cross-cut ribs,  20 round steaks, 12 chuck roasts, 4 rump roasts, 12 pounds of liver and 168 pounds of ground beef.
