Typical cuts in a Half of Beef include 12 tenderloin steaks, 12 NY strips, 6 KC steaks, 10 ribeyes, 2 flank steaks, 2 skirt steaks, 2 loin tips, 1 brisket, 2 packages of ribs, 2 packages of cross-cut ribs,  10 round steaks, 6 chuck roasts, 2 rump roast, 6 pounds of liver and 84 pounds of ground beef. Cuts are vacuum sealed in serving-sized packages.
